Raffaele is CEO and founder of Tyndaris. Prior to establishing Tyndaris, Raffaele was a founding member and partner of GLG Partners, which was acquired by Man Group in 2010. At Man Group, Raffaele was head of the Client Advisory Group and ran product strategy for Europe and North America. At GLG, he ran product strategy, co-managed the GLG Multi-Strategy fund and served as a member of the GLG Partners’ Senior Management Advisory Group. Raffaele began his career at Goldman Sachs in Private Client Services.
Nishit is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Tyndaris LLP.Prior to Tyndaris, Nishit spent a number of years in senior roles in investment management, most recently as Finance Director and Compliance Officer at GSA Capital and prior to that, Group Financial Controller of the Cambridge Place group. His previous experience also includes working for a private family office, Ernst & Young and 10 years as Finance Director of Bowne International, part of Bowne & Co. Inc. Nishit qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO Binder Hamlyn in 1992.
Luca is a Partner of Tyndaris LLP. Prior to joining Tyndaris, Luca spent 10 years with GLG Partners playing a pivotal role in the firm’s Client Advisory Group. Luca has focused on institutional and ultra-high net worth clients across a range of geographies and product types, including hedge funds, UCIT funds, long-only funds and funds of hedge funds.
Prior to joining Tyndaris as a partner, Ruggero was an executive and strategic advisor for more than 15 years in large European financial institutions in both private and retail banking. As a leader in financial advisory innovation, Ruggero is a specialist in product development, multichannel strategy, and alternative network origination for lending. At Tyndaris, he focuses on delivering high value solutions to clients by leveraging the firm's distinct sector expertise, momentum and market responsiveness. Ruggero holds a BA (Hons) Degree from the European Business School in London.
Robert is General Counsel of Tyndaris LLP. Prior to Tyndaris, Robert served as General Counsel and Compliance Officer of a London-based manager with AUM over EUR 2 billion in private funds, UCITS and managed accounts. A solicitor of England & Wales and attorney of the State of New York with more than 10 years of experience, Robert spent over 7 years in private practice at Allen & Overy LLP and Dechert LLP. Robert holds a JD from the University of Virginia, fulfilled a Fulbright Fellowship in Poland and has a BA in philosophy from Brigham Young University.
Clark is the Head of Tyndaris Real Estate and a Partner of Tyndaris LLP. He joined Tyndaris in 2012 and has been responsible for the development and execution of the real estate strategy since that time. Clark has over 12 years of experience in corporate and real estate finance, the majority of which has been focused on Europe. Prior to Tyndaris, he served as co-head of origination for Deutsche Bank’s European real estate business and established its €250 million mezzanine debt investment program.
David is a Partner of Tyndaris LLP focused on Tyndaris Real Estate. Prior to joining Tyndaris, David spent 5 years at Deutsche Bank as part of the Commercial Real Estate Lending and Special Situations group in Europe, Asia and the US. He has extensive knowledge structuring and executing real estate transactions across asset classes, jurisdictions and investment products including preferred equity, mezzanine and senior debt, NPLs, SPLs, secondary loans and direct equity.
Daniel serves as General Counsel of Tyndaris Real Estate. He joined in May 2015 and is responsible for legal advice and structuring on all real estate transactions and other on-going matters. Before joining Tyndaris, Daniel spent more than 11 years in private practice focusing on real estate finance, general corporate finance and private equity with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Linklaters LLP in Berlin, London and Frankfurt. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in Germany.
Portfolio Manager for Global Convertible Bonds for the Deutsche Bank (Frankfurt) group overseeing 4.5bn USD of assets. He was previously a founding member responsible for European and Asian operations for Convertible Bonds at Vega-Chi ltd. At JP Morgan, he was a member of the EMEA Convertible Trading & Arbitrage team in charge of the largest CB Book in London. He started as a graduate Actuary at APICIL Insurance group and Pro BTP Finance in the ALM department. Damien is an ISFA Actuary with a thesis on "Convertible bonds: models & strategies" with the University of Lyon in France.
Head of Derivatives and Convertibles sales for Citigroup (Paris) covering the largest global convertible bonds accounts for the bank. He was previously trading and advising during his 25 years careers in convertibles within other Tier-1 global Investment Banks including Merrill Lynch & Deutsche Bank. He opened the KBC Financial Products continental Europe branch in 2000 providing constant research and alternative trading ideas to Hedge Funds, Prop Desks as well as dedicated asset managers. He started as a Future trader at Capital Fund Management.
